Added/Fixed SuperDrew500's rank has walked away?

Recently I have been on the server and refound my old friend SuperDrew500. He used to have donator rank but he doesn't now. He says when the server "updated" he lost his rank (which he payed $13 for) and he hasn't had it since. It bugs me that he payed 13 dollars for a rank, he lost it and now nobody cares about him. Nobody's tried to fix it in anyway. If someone could give him his well-deserved rank back, that would be incredible.

We cannot fix something that we have not been notified about - it's very frustrating for us to be told that 'we cared nothing about him' when we have not been notified of this problem before. We will look into this.
