    In theory, the Helper Application sub forum should form in 1 hour, and 15 minutes from now, as then it becomes February 28th for those in the Pacific Time region.

    I'm going to get Skype soon so I'm ready in two years time.
    EDIT: No ones answered my question. Can I still send a request, even though I don't have Skype? I know it will get denied but still...

    I would assume Helper Applications will begin within 53 minutes, as that is when the Pacific Time Players get to February 28th.
