    There actually was a winner. Due to the lack of contestants, Galayon ended up winning as he was the winner of the one and only round robin match.

    A sign up list in game, more advertising of the build contest, more people not being busy.

    What we could do is when there are at least 20 people on, we can pick 4 of lower ranks who show at least fair building skills on their own plots, then invite them to participate, if one or more cannot, we keep looking till we find 4 builders with at least some experience as builders then spontaneously make it happen right then in a half hour build. Just an idea
