Added/Fixed Road Glitch

When plot merging came i merged my plots together. but what caught my eye was a few days later a part of the big plot didn't let me build on it. it was the size of the road and i knew the old plot dividing road was there. i couldn't build on it. and i still cant. i dont know why but i can build where that road was. so hopefully a owner/admin can help on fining out why i cant build on it.
