The number of people reading has really gone down huh? But there's still people like you or me keeping up the art of the nice smelling leather bound goodness. And to those people I have a question. Whatcha been readin recently? I've been endulged in the works of Erich von Däniken personally. Very interesting, makes ya think too.
Tbh I'm not a huge fan of leatherbound, but I've read some WW2 books recently: The Ice Road, which is about a boy and his family's journey as captives of soviet russia sent to siberia then working their way home. Between Shades of Grey is also an good one, it's about a lithuanian girl taken by soviets and sent to (take a guess) Siberia. The Berlin Boxing Club was also really good, it was about a jewish boy who escaped prejudice by learning to box, it's an incredible story.
I've been reading The Illusion of Life Disney Animation by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston which is pretty much a big ol' textbook about Disney animation studio in the early to mid 1900's.
