    I want to say I cannot be a witness to Opti being "rude" (though your evidence doesn't support your claim) because I was AFK at the time.

    I already apologized to her earlier before word started getting butt hurt, dusty is cool with it and also miner and alex were doing it to her all morning so don't make it sound like I was the only one joking around.

    Another point of being rude.

    This doesn't matter. 3 people commit murder, but only one is caught. Should he be punished? The other 2 weren't caught?

    The evidence you give does not warrant a ban, but the user will receive a warning due to their chat language.
