Yes! Welcome to the first issue of the monthly release of John press!
If youre wondering, the red heart with the stiches is a "logo" of sorts, taken from Peter's sweater.
Now each section is gonna have an explanation to it in this issue, and i wanna mention that theres some "circumstantial" articles depending on the happenings.
    Now...

"The Tidbit" is the one bit of news in this publication.
Tells what happened recently with the server.
    Simple
So lots of you probably know that we recently switched the community chat from Skype, to Discord. Its similar i hear. I personally plan to stay in the good ol chat, possibly some people will stay too, possibly both. If you want access to it now, here is the link included: https://discord.gg/4KFrqze

Hello again, im here to mention that we want to have a lil article with art suggested by our talented drawings people. Please suggest by conversation. I figured that about three pictures per issue is max.
So if youre interested, suggest a piece of yours!

Todays item is something weird AND creepy!
    Were starting off good.
Its uh, a human rib. A real one, yes. Dont worry, it's legally obtained (i think).
You can purchase it for 10$ and shipping, for what? Dunno. Rituals? Old Grandpa Lostarib? Vegan Ribs in sauce? Whatever.

    OOPART.png
The last article for today, is a delve into one of my interests, OOPARTS, or in english, Out of Place Artifacts.
They are objects from ancient times which seem to not fit into the period of time/place they were found in. Many being hoaxes, or something falsely interpreted.

Today's object of interest, is the widely known Baghdad Battery.
It refers to the three artifacts pictured above, a ceramic pot, a copper cylinder, and an iron rod. The current interpretation is that it was used as a storage vessel for sacred scrolls. In 1938 Wilhelm Konig authored a paper that offered a hypothesis that they may have formed a galvanic cell, possibly used for electroplating metal objects.
Some believe that acidic substances like wine, vinegar or lemon juice were used an an electrolyte to generate electricity. Konig observed many silver artifacts covered with a thin layer of gold around from ancient Iraq, possibly electroplated using batteries.

    Birthdays Today:

    Epilouge:
Now i know the amount of articles may seem low, but this is but the first issue, i willl try to think up more interesting articles. We have a little interesting facts section planned, also maybe a section with interesting personal stories if someone is willing to submit one. Please? No? Ok.
    Thank you for reading!
