These "Silly empires" Are basically towns with empire in they're names And your neighborhood doesn't make a difference It is basically an "Empire" without the word "Empire" In the name Look at the Iron Empire It is a TOWN not an empire Empires have castles and knights and peasants Look at the Iron Horde its not even a town its a military Heck look at my empire Its a town!
