Commands in Survival

I really hope the staff etc will read this.

Are all commands disabled or something? I CANT USE ANY COMMAND D: . i'm strayed in the nether!! help me! i was collecting items in the nether and then i would return to my house but now i cant return! help me!!! D: i love survival. i play more on it lately then creative. please why is this happening? btw i also cant use /tpa . isn't that ANNOYING D: we have to get to someone with the coords!!!!
The commands i cant use :
/home /delhome /sethome /tpa /baltop /baltop 2 (GOES ON FURTHER ) /msg /tell /t /homes /help /spawn IM NOT ALLOWED TO USE ANY COMMAND WHY.
NOT EVEN /SPAWN!
Now i'm hiding for some stupid pigmans in the middle of nowhere!

Why?
What is happening?
Can this be fixed?
