heres an idea that i dont even know is possible :p

    make a command called //pattern
you would use your wand to select the position, then you would type //pattern and what type of pattern checkered striped etc.
you say what block(s) you want the pattern to be hit enter and then boom theres a pattern! i dont know if you could do this but it would make building so much easier!
anyway thanks for looking at this thread,

We didn't make Worldedit, so i'm not sure if we can create this command.
Maybe our developer, Quicksteve can make this but it will take a ton of work.

I like the idea! Sounds pretty awesome! I'll pass the idea onto Quicksteve and hopefully we see it in the future! :D

There's actually a WorldEdit command, you can do almost anything you want, if you just can. Unfortunately, because of its lagginess it's not added to players. Here's a kinda working command for a checkerboard: //generate -ho <block(s)> ((x%2)+z)%2==1

EDIT: We have not got a solution for adding this to all players and we're not going to add it; unfortunately. If you have something to ask about this matter, please contact the administration team.
