Accepted Nikilios' Ban Appeal

Usage of illegal mods.

Reason of Unban:
I was banned 3/7/2021 after exclaiming to jeremy333 that the Litematica mod had a neat material list feature which peaked the interest of WordShultz. I had been using the mod for a while now to make building a lot easier and streamlined, making them on the creative server and using the mods hologram feature to be able to recreate them on survival I was pretty open about using it, jeremy333 knew I used it and we even talked with one another about using it to work on an embassy together. Being that the staff and people I had talked to seemed to be fine with it's usage and even talked to me about wanting to download it and use it themselves, I figured it could safely be nestled into the vague "should not give you an in-game advantage." since all I had been using it for and figured it could be used for, was making my time strained life easier by allowing me to build faster and more efficiently. I talked with jeremy333 and Azza about it and they brought up the valid point that it could be used to copy parts of the map and exported, revealing the locations of ore veins and the like. Although I never used it for this purpose and never even thought of that, if unbanned I will not use Litematica or any other mod like it for this reason.

I was also using a pair of mods called Xaero's Minimap and Xaero's Worldmap, I chose these two mods because the minimap saved the chunks it loaded to form a larger world map, which was pretty cool and useful. I accept responsibility for using Xaero's Minimap mod because it has an entity radar feature, which I was unaware wasn't allowed as jeremy333 had known I used to mod, and used it himself, which paired with everyone saying minimaps were fine, I just never bothered to second guess and read the fine print of the rules since everyone said they're fine. If unbanned I will be sure to find a suitable replacement to Xaero's Minimap that doesn't display entities or any other banned feature.

I understand I have been an "on the fence" guy for a while now and have done some douchey things in the past, though I understand how this could effect my appeal I hope my recent behavior this year in regards to other people can sort of redeem me, I've always been touchy and impulsive so I've just simply avoided and ignored poking and prodding from people this year, which has worked very well for both me and people on the server I feel like, I've even made some new friends.

I hope my permanent ban will at least get reduced, I'd like to at least have some hope of reading my books under my lantern's light in peace again, or building houses overlooking the endless Sunrise Sea. I love this server and everyone on it despite past differences, you are all amazing and lovely people who have most definitely made me rethink how I treat people and better myself as a person even if it took a while to hammer it into my head. I have made many friends on the server, and I would like to make more, or repair past friendships even if i have to take a break to have it happen. Whatever decision is made by staff, as always I will respect it.
