So, recently I've noticed a lot of people breaking rules on DTC, e.g. PepperDice, Kobe, Myself. I think a ruleboard or /rules command in the DTC hub would be a good idea. It would clear up confusion as well as disallow the excuse for rule breaking that is, "I didn't know the rules because they're not there".
