Added/Fixed Helping Hand Kit

    Helping Hand would be a kit that's designed more for giving the whole team an advantage instead of just the user. It will have items that will prove to be invaluable on maps that lack essential resources. Helping hand will include:
    *A crafting bench
    *A furnace
    *Normal bow with 20 arrows
    *A water bucket
    * Wood sword
    * All leather armor equipped
    *Enchant Table plus lapis (maybe)
    *Stone Shovel
    *Stone Axe
    * 32 build blocks
    *8 apples as opposed to the normal 4

    This kit will grant access to new things quicker. This would be pretty useful on maps due the fact you don't need to waste time mining and crafting just to get basic tools and such. The surplus of resources would help the team as well.

    The name "Helping Hand" kinda sounds like it would be a medic kit. But, I do like the idea.
