Added/Fixed /spec (TP to Players while dead.)

    Hello!,
    First off I put this Suggestion in DTC, but it should apply to all minigames.

    Basically how it works is, let's say you die in PB or SR, or join a DTC game in the middle of it, and you want to see a specific player you can just do /spec (username) and it would TP you to them. Especially in maps like Rats Den where, if you're spectating, you spawn outside the map and cannot view the match at all.
