Added/Fixed change the party chat color?

    tinbinwolfie and i were talking and we both think it's a little confusing when someone with the donator rank talks if you're someone who speaks in party chat a lot, because they're the same color.

    obviously, this isn't a pressing matter so it doesn't need any attention right now, but if anyone has some extra time could they change the party chat color to something like &a?

    i'll make a poll so if anyone agrees they can vote if they want !
