I'm starting this thread in hope that it may register with the owners and staff that they seriously need to realize that things are being overly neglected and ignored, a long with its priorities being out of place in regards to what should be its main focus and to what can and can not be held off to a later date. I understand this is very direct and without any sugar coating attached but it needs to be said. I get that everyone has there personal lives outside of the server and can make things difficult to attend to things that need attention, but the promises things will be updated and or fixed are no longer believable. In my opinion, its slowly but surely killing this server, but the irritating thing about it is, everyone including the owners and staff see this, but do absolutely nothing about it. Where's the drive to just knock these things out and get them out of the way so that this place can be at its best performance that it advertises it has and is. As of right now more than half the things that this place offers does not work, hasn't worked for way longer than it should of been, and stamped with broken promise's to come soon. This needs to change, not later with a promise it will happen, but now guys. Its now getting to the point that even the most loyal people that come to the server are just giving up on the place because nothing ever happens. Reputation was a good update in my opinion, although i still feel world edit abilities should come sooner to newly joining members rather than later for its still not keeping the people here, copy paste is the feature of world edit used the most and without it, people dont generally have the patience to do a build or stay, time is valuable to anyone, why waste there time here without that tool when another place is offering it to them and can do the same build there but 10x faster than here. I understand that its leaving little room for potential cash flow regarding donations etc. but although this reputation is a great step into the right direction for bringing new ppl, things still need to be altered or corrected to make it full proof which in turn will draw cash flow, more people = more donation possibilities. All you need is an incentive for new people that are joining to make them want to return consistently but also spread the word of what they found this place is offering them. So i ask, whats your next move? Will it be yet another promise that it will happen soon, which we are so use to seeing now, or will the owners and staff do what is necessary and take assertive action to correct these issues that have been overly neglected. . . Something needs to happen sooner than later, find a way to squeeze some time into getting this place back on its feet, it will only benefit not just the owners and the pocket books for them and the server, but its loyal members that dont understand whats going on with the fact that damn near everything is and has been out of order. Lets get this done, maybe ask us for assistance if you seriously need it, maybe one of us has the ability to do so, anything to move this along. Keep in mind, I'm only writing this and being very blunt about things only because of the fact that I truly enjoy coming to this place and do care for whats to become of it. Its just upsetting to see that perhaps the people that need to be feeling the same, are showing to really not have any care or interest anymore at all. Constructive criticism is always welcome and it's always appreciated. This post, though, feels like a punch below the belt, it really does. All the work we have done to the server means (according to this post) nothing to you. There is not many Creative servers of our size (or even bigger) who are already in the latest Minecraft version. The last update took its time because of its ridiculous amounts of coding needed for a fully custom Reputation system, fully new ranks, fully new voting... A lot of new things which needed testing and tweaking. Leo and myself and working as much as we can for the server. I am working full-time with three jobs, studying and and administrating the server. A lot of the stuff we have been working on the past couple of weeks has been behind the scenes. I have been working on the new spawn (which is going to be released next weekend), as well as a remake for the Destroy The Core kits, which are a lot of work since they are a total redo of what we currently have. We are working as much as we can... And threads like these really do not thrive to continue our work. As I said earlier, all constructive criticism and feedback is welcome, but let's all remember our manners. I have seen all of your positive comments, which is great. I'd appreciate if in the future your suggestions and bug reports would be less attacking and blaming. And, there's little the staff team can do about what's happening behind the scenes.
