Evidence:
The player in question, LittleKreeper, has been warned 13 times, muted 11 times, and banned 4 times. He has made a total of 3 ban appeals, which happen to be the majority of his posts; on his last ban appeal, on August 10th, former admin Miner wrote: "You are on absolute final chance." It came as a surprise to me that a person on his "absolute final chance" would, on 12/5/16, write in chat, both of these statements:

The second rule in the rulebook: "Respect all users, this is the number one rule in BuildCraftia. We have zero-tolerance in player harassment and bullying. We want to create a safe environment for everyone to play and to have fun in. Be respectful and kind to each other when playing on BuildCraftia." It is quite plain to see that LittleKreeper has broken this rule, by calling me a "manchild" twice. (I would also like to bring up the fact that LittleKreeper, after saying these too things, had the audacity to say "[17:36:39] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] LittleGrinch » lets ban talking trash about each other and become a better community") Now, as someone with thick skin and can take a joke, i made a meme out of this. I found it funny. However, on 12/8/16, LittleKreeper typed this:

"[17:25:49] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] LittleGrinch » If you DARE make that a meme oh so help me I WILL DESTROY the things you possess dearly to you"

This is clearly him threatening me. Why would he do this? perhaps its because i am exercising my right to type "Oh my goodness knewnie is LICHERALLY the CRINGIEST manchild on EARTH" within moderation, within the rules. Have i spammed it? Sure, maybe once or twice. I can admit that. However, was i in anyway rude, disrespectful, or threatening? No.

In addition, today, i came on and was on MissRemmi's plot, which LittleKreeper was also on. I forcepunched LittleKreeper because why not? In chat, he then typed:

"[15:35:27] [Client thread/INFO]: [CHAT] LittleKreeper » knewnie is spamming me trying to annoy me even though I ignored him"

Clearly to anyone with a brain, punching someone once is not "spamming." However, this choice in words is clearly insinuating that he was trying to get me in trouble with the staff. How do i know this? LittleKreeper punched me 3 times afterword.

Why would someone break his OWN rules, saying that punching was spamming, if the first example was an exaggeration of the truth, just to get me in trouble?

I have all of the chatlogs, if they are needed. I hope this is enough, cause i am tired of this kid.

This report has been accepted. LittleKreeper's actions on the server are unacceptable and he has been given many chances to fix his behavior and he has not. I have personally viewed these unacceptable actions myself and his disrespect has been directed towards me on a few different occasions. Due to LittleKreeper's extensive record (Link here: https://penguin.bcsn.us/banmanagement/index.php?action=viewplayer&player=LittleKreeper&server=0) and the actions listed above, this is going to be a permanent, no appeal ban.
