Description: Two neighboring planets have both entered into galactic warfare that has lasted now for centuries. For years, the two armies have been sending troops over to spy on the enemy, and have discovered that both sides now have access to a weapon with enough gamma power to destroy entire realities. Unfortunately, both the spies have now been caught, and the weapons are preparing to be launched. The battle has been brought to the sky fort of Vortex, where an elite team of soldiers have been chosen to enter, fight, and destroy the other team's weapon. If you lose, it's a certain death for not only you, but your home galaxy.

Why should this map be selected? This map has a very unique "mirror" effect shown upon the roof of the build, as well as lots of surrounding planets and UFO's. Both sides have core floating above spawn, which allows for easy access, but the core is high enough to provide a minor struggle, especially if you are defending near the lava and water flow.

 

Side Note: this map makes it hard to sky bridge!
