Added/Fixed /p deny NapkinDabber

    I was trying to deny NapkinDabber from my plot bc he was being annoying like usual and it didn't work pls fix asap before i go insane bc of DabberNapkin

    when i did /p deny NapkinDabber he was still flying around my plot like a maniac ! pls help asap !!!!!!!!!!

    I've never heard of that command but if it does work then why is there still a /p deny lmao

    "kick" is temporary, deny is permanent until well, undenied

    Anyway, @Quicksteve, can you take a look into the issue?

    The issue should be fixed like follows. First, you deny the players with /plot deny <player>. This will deny player's further access to the plot. If the player was inside your plot when you denied them, please use /plot kick <player>. If the player still can access your plot, make sure the player is not added/trusted on your plot by checking /plot info. Player bypasses plot denying if they are added or trusted in the plot.
