Halloween Building Competition 2016

    Oh yes! It is finally time for another Building Competition here on BuildCraftia. As you might’ve read the announcement thread, this time the theme is going to be “Halloween”. It is up to your imagination how interpret that. Spooooky!

    The prizes are again awesome. All top three builders get the following prices:
    • 1 Pet Pack of Choice
    • 1 month trial of BuildCraftia Realms (Alpha)
    • $10 coupon to the server store
    • Your build as a warp until the next build competition ends

    Rules
    • The build can be build between several players or by one player
    • Build must be one plot in size (regular plot) - not more or less
    • The build must have been built after this announcement
    • Build must follow the theme provided - otherwise it won’t be judged.

    You have time until Sunday 30th of October 9PM GMT to submit your build.

    How to submit your build? Write a comment to this post with following information
    • Build name
    • How does it represent the theme
    • Builder(s)
    • Plot ID (use /plot info)

    Winners of the competition will be announced Monday 31st or Tuesday 1st, after staff team has discussed about the winners.

    My build is the Page Manor (named after Larry Page founder of google)

    It is a classic mansion-on-the-hill haunted house! So I think that is Halloweenish

    It was build by Me (LittleKreeper) and FluffyFurryPaws

    -40;-84 is its plot ID

    BTW when you get there fly over to the mansion front, you spawn in behind it sorry

    The build i am submitting is called "The Spookzone Village"

    It's not scare-oriented, but its still a haloweeny plot.
    It has various haloween tropes, as well as possibly scary things which require seeking bits and pieces of information all around to get the details, as well as some thinking.
    Other than that, its just a nice village populated by restless spirit people.
    They live, develop, just do their things.

    It was build entirely by me, ItsJohnConsarnIt, with almost no use of WE.

    The plot ID is 94;8

    It would be nice if the review would start from the little gravel patch between the trees.
    Also reading signs is pretty vital.

    The Lake Filled With The Essence of Life

    How does it represent the theme
    Well, the name says it all: It's a lake filled with the essence of life, which in this case is blood.
    However, that's not all. When one arrives, there's a row of oddly-looking red trees and graves surrounding the lake. When you've crossed the trees and ruined graves you'll notice a dark, red mist rising from the lake itself. Now, if you do dare to get closer, which means you've crossed the mist and are in fact standing inside the lake, you'll see a little cliff and a red cloud pouring down what supposedly looks like blood.

    A really Hellish place you're standing in, right?

    Id like to say that i won't be avalable from today till the evening of the 5th.
    So if i manage to actually win anything, i wont be able to collect the prize or do anything.

    • How does it represent the theme - There's kids trick or treating, there's a huge skeleton on a bridge holding some candy (which no one will take, which upsets him a lot as you can see), a bunch of pumpkins/jack-o-lanterns, and a witch hut! :'D

    How does it represent the Theme : Halloween scary ! :p The face in the build is evil and will never leave you if you look into its gaze.
