Player should have picked on someone their own size

Player realised that not all that shines is gold

Player bullied a villager

Here we go, i just copied/pasted these. I removed some that I couldnt think of.
Mobs

• Cave Spider - Player got into a sticky situation underground.
  
• Endermite - Player was killed by a purple silverfish.
  
• Iron Golem - Player took it pretty hard.
  
• Magma Cube - Player thought Magma Cubes were dead Slimes.
  
• Polar Bear - Player didn't see that one coming.
  
• Rabbit - Player was killed by DustyAshton's army.
• Rabbit - Player was killed by DustyAshton's babies.
  
• Silverfish - Player was killed by a gray endermite.
  
• Snow Golem - Player realized not all Christmas things are happy.
  
• Spider - Player got into a sticky situation.
  
• Witch - Player declared a villager as a witch too loudly.
  
• Wither - Player didn't think that one through.
  
• Wither Spawn Explosion - Player stood too close to the fireworks.

(If you don't get the Zombie Villager joke, Joe Buck is a well-hated sports announcer for fox with a huge forehead)

• Magma block - Player didn't realize how it hurts to be hot.
  
• Void - Player somehow got in the void, don't ask me.

• Iron Golem: Player tried to take a golems flower.
• Magma Cube: Player thought it was a Slime.
• Polar Bear: Player tried to steal a Coca-Cola.
• Rabbit: Player failed at huntin' for wabbits.
• Shulker: Player floated to their demise.
• Silverfish: Player went to long john silvers.
• Snow Golem: Player was taken out by Frosty.
• Spider: Player tried to ask how to get 8 legs.
• Stray: Player didn't know where he was.

(Player) found out that polar bears are fast and furious.

• Rabbit

(Player) did a good reinactment of "Monty Python and the holy grail"

• Shulker

(Player) did not bring his anti levitation suit along.

• Silverfish

(Player) shouldn't have mined the stone.

• Snow Golem

There was a snowball fight. (Player) lost.

(Player) was not afraid of spiders before. Now they are.

(Player) needed glasses to see where the arrows are coming from. They did not have glasses.

The odds were not in (player)'s favor.

(Player) now regrets his science experiment. It killed them!

(Player) knocked off the skeleton's arms, so the wither skeleton killed him with some stabby stabby and poison.

(Player) tried to be Rick grimes. They failed miserably.

(Player) tried to do a hot coals act for a talent show. It did not end well.

• Spider- Player's fear got to them.
• Stray- Player was killed by a white walker.
• Wither Skeleton- Player was after their head, but instead, it took their head.

• Player Ranged [pvp]- Player was sniped by Attacker.

Other

• Dispenser Arrow- Player apparently has never seen an Indiana Jones movie.
• Dispenser Fireball- Player apparently has never seen an Indiana Jones movie.
• Suffocation- Player got a face full of gravel.
• Falling from a vine- Player is apparently not Tarzan.
• Elytra- Player earned his wings. And proceeded to crash into the side of a mountain.
