Added/Fixed //flora

    I got the //flora command from the /voteshop

    This error showed up when I tried to use //flora: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null

    There has been some development! The error [java lang etc] no longer shows after I purchased //flora from the vote shop.

    However, now I get the response: You are not permitted to do this. Are you in the right mode? @Quicksteve

    I bought //flora again and now it is giving the original error I got:

    java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null @Quicksteve

    Unfortunately, the command has been reported broken. The plugin developer has been informed about this but at least as of yet there is no fix to this. We have removed this perk from the VoteShop.
