Added/Fixed Plot Claiming

    "Member- 5 Plots"
    "Contributor- 10 Plots"
    "Donator- 20 Plots"
    "VIP- 30 Plots"
    "Premium- 40 Plots"
    "MVP- 50 Plots"
    "Penguin- 75 Plots & Personal World"

    This is my problem. Some people, for example @marx2294 (Marxiplier in game) has WAY to many plots. According to him, he has 90 plots. He said AZZA explained the plots system to him this way:

    This explains that he got 5 plots, then ANOTHER 10 with Contrib, then ANOTHER 20 with Donor, and so on. This will add up to 105 Plots that he is allowed to have (As Premium). I can only get *AT MAXIMUM* 75 plots, even though I am Penguin. If this process was how Marx explains it, Penguins should get 230 Plots. Here is what I think should happen:

    -Confirm the limit of plots, fix bugs, make people with too many plots remove them (Unless they are previous Staff)

    -Confirm the limit of plots, fix bugs, and allow me/all other players to have the right amount of plots.

    If this is correct, here is the real Plot Limit:
    Member- 5
    Contrib- 15
    Donor- 35
    VIP- 65
    Premium- 105
    MVP- 155
    Penguin- 230

    or you know... at least let them keep it until they have a place to put the build...

    I don't think that's right it wouldn't let me claim more than 70 something when I tried

    unfortunately last when I checked (before the 'plot scramble') I had more that the limited amount of plots... if it is a bug I will be more than happy to move my stuff out and remove the plots. Either that, or I am over-estimating my plots and my facts might be invalid.

    This may be a bug as cyril cannot claim anymore and he is well within range

    Well, if you have merged plots, you can't visit certain homes.

    For example, I have 75 plots merged into 11 big plots, so for me, I can't use /p home 12, because they're all merged.

    before the plot merge, update (where they grouped all the separate plots together, I had more than required plots being premium
