Well, I was never warned or given a /warn at the time or around the time of the ban or even told to knock it off, along with the fact I never saw anything rude or insulting (And if I did im sorry) I was having a joke. I don't feel like the ban process was followed through (Warn Kick mute etc. Dont know if you still use that anymore) Im sorry if I did offend anyone seriously through my jokes and I guess i've learnt that somethings offend people that I don't find offensive.

Since the correct banning format wasn't exactly followed and you weren't warned by Kai before the ban, this ban appeal will be accepted. However, since I did see some of the stuff you said, you will be issued a warning and this ban will be considered as the "Kick", so basically you're on high alert and if it happens again it will result in a permanent ban. This is the conclusion that several of the staff members have come to.

Also Yva will receive a warning for posting on another's ban appeal whose of which she had no affiliation.
