Added/Fixed Awesome new plot command!

You should be able to do
/plot announce <message>
so that you can announce a message only to players on your plot, with colors and such things.
I think this would be really helpful to some people who want to send messages to people. This also could be used as a solution to RP spam if RPs don't want to use a party chat.

I think this would be a great addition to the server, and this would be awesome!

 

I approve especially for competitions like Build Battle(that way the one's running the event don't spam in chat)

This seems like an excellent idea, especially for organized competitions. We just have to monitor and make sure no one tries to spam, but other than that, great suggestion

 

I'm not sure spam would be a problem, as only the owner could do this command for his/her plot, and the rest of the server wouldn't see it. Kind of like /p flag set greeting <message> except not permanent.
