Fast Food: This comic was supposed to be a trial run for "New" Napkin Comics from the Aug-Nov comic hiatus, when the characters were getting their updated looks because I was sick of drawing everyone with a square head and the same sized body. It was actually supposed to be a funny 8 panel about why Remmi can't take the 3 guys anywhere w/o shenanigans occurring. This could've been completed, but I didn't finish it because I used the soft brush, which used to be my preferred brush, but now I use the hard brush which looks less "lazy". 8-ball;Crash Landing pages 1-4: These first few pages of 8-ball displayed a very heart touching moment between child Remmi(obviously) and her mother which I practically confirmed would be a canonical character by referencing her in a photograph in "The Morning Fart" and the "To my dearest daughter" poem. I removed the dialogue from your viewing because I might reuse some of it for other things. Anyway the background art looks super rushed and lazy and I'm just here to tell you I don't do that anymore. I also used the soft brush, which I previously stated I stopped using. 8-ball; Crash Landing Concept: The original idea for crashlanding was to premier napkin right off the get go and have him taken to a testing lab hidden within the F.S. Hospital where he was being interrogated by the government officials, before he breaks out using unexpected space magic. The intent for the setting was to depict BC as "modern medieval" inspired by AZZA's various builds, but now that I'm looking at it, it looks more like an Amish community. "F.S." stands for Fieldston Settlement, which is still a canonical location in my comics. It's actually a small country town outside of BC, which is where Remmi's house was, and still is, located. The Black Friday Special: I told you the background art has greatly improved! However its still not good enough for my liking which is why I am on another hiatus. This was originally supposed to be an 8 panel thanksgiving special, then a 4 panel, then I didn't finish it so I said "ill make it 3 panels and release it on black Friday", then I didn't. I'm probably gonna finish this one some day tho cause it's everyone making fun of napkin.
