    Freddy is a good friend of mine and hes been perma-banned a few months ago. Hes been appealing and appealing but always denied. Since Christmas is coming I was wondering if you could unban him. Hes been wanting to come on the server for so long. And its been like 2 months. So please have a heart and

    I kinda agree with this, as I am the person who banned him. Everytime he appeals, he gets shot down because of technicalities.

    Yeah give the kid a chance.. He's been appealing for ages and I wonder how stressful it is for him.

    Suggestion: Ask the staff to add a 'Christmastime Forgiveness' section, where they accept more and more appeals

    I would actually say no for various reasons. I know it's not up to me, but here is my logic:

    PROS:
    1. Freddy could re-join the community
    2. He's been waiting a while to be unbanned
    3. His ban reports have been fairly 'unfair' (Lack of better word)

    CONS:
    1. Freddy has been very rude to most members of the community

    Now, this ban report was denied, but it shows various rude actions by Freddy.
    3. What would this be showing the community? If this goes, then people will begin to think; Oh if Freddy could be unbanned because of Christmas, why can't I?, thus causing a massive influx of people such as Steeza10, MsCottonCandy, Inventor109, Bush, Bobby, the list goes on, of people who are going to be pulling down the server because of the unfairness; and to be fair; it is unfair. They've each been banned, and created several ban appeals (Especially Steeza10), so what separates them?

    Now, I am bias towards Freddy (Thread link above), but this is my opinion.

    3. Freddy was a multiple offender, but we can always just forget that, and hope that he changes. You can't exactly compare Freddy to Steeza, since Steeza actually blackmailed someone, which is a SUPER SERIOUS OFFENSE, wherein Freddy's case, he griefed a bunch of times. Those were one time things, and Steeza's blackmailing could have spiraled into something even worse. Now, I'm not saying that griefing isn't a super serious crime, but Freddy has served his time. I feel like it's time for him to come back. #UnbanFreddy

    Idk to be honest. Freddy does make a ban appeal every time he gets banned but every time he reverts back to his old ways, and does the some stuff again and then we have to ban him again. His lying, nasty jokes about abuse, and the amount of times he griefs are just really quite to far. He's had something like 4 perm bans I believe so it's just not good for the server to keep unbanning people over and over again even though they keep getting banned.

    Il leave the thread open, not really my place to be making the decision on whether he gets unbanned or not, that's higher ups. But that's my input I guess

    I am sorry if you don't like me. I am sorry if you think I am bad. But what I do is really me? having a jerk dad who doesn't care and is making my mom cry? my autism? my brother who hates me? I have a lot of stress and sometimes I cant control it. What I say and do is not really me, it is how I feel when I am treated poorly. I don't mean to hurt anyone, I really just want friends. But being me I don't really know how to do that. When I was a kid, I was always singled out and never had friends. I don't really have anyone on my side back then. Coun-sellers(spelled wrong for a reason) were selling me drugs that messed me up bad. They said they would help. But yet, they damaged my brain beyond repair. I cant even remember my name sometimes. And its hard and most of you don't know the effects of drugs but they need to be prescribed to the right thing. They called me ADHD then they called me ADD. They called me Retarded and stupid. Now they say I am ASD(autism spectrum disorder). I just want a normal life and you may not think that I am normal, but deep inside I am a normal human wanting to be free. I like being involved and not put out. So please just give me another chance, I swear it will be good. I love all of you and want you to be my friends, but some of you shun me and that makes me upset. So yes, I may have done stupid things before, but I didn't mean them the way they came out. The last grief I made was on my plot but not In my house. I just removed the furniture and that's all. But yet I lied and said it was a grief and that I was hacked and I am sorry, very sorry. Just listen and understand, I want friends not enemies. Please find it in your hearts that I have changed and if I do anything bad, that I don't want anyone hurt, just me that hurts.

    Anyways, as for this thread, here is my input:
    BC is a place for second chances. Where people can mess up, and try again. I know this more then anyone. I believe what Freddy has done was horrible. Yes, he did bad things and said bad stuff, but give him ONE more chance to prove himself. Would I recommend it NOW? No. I suggest waiting until he next ban appeal.

    As Leo has agreed to allowing Freddy to be unbanned provided I watch his behaviour, he will be unbanned on his next appeal, January 7th.

    Because i always get a permanent ban and all others a small mute or a tempban. (i dont care now about this server but still i would like to mention how unfair it all was)
