Date of Incident: November Twenty-Seventh, Two-Thousand and Fifteen around One Fourty-Five in the afternoon (Pacific Standard Time)

Reason to Ban: Spamming in all caps.
Using a block trail in game-mode 3(Spectator), at an unauthorized plot, distracting guests from a current event taking place, after in chat was asked to stop by epikplayer.
This also is bannable because the rules directly say:
"✪ Respect all users
Respect all users, this is the number one rule in BuildCraftia. We have zero-tolerance in player harassment and bullying. We want to create a safe environment for everyone to play and to have fun in. Be respectful and kind to each other when playing on BuildCraftia."
I was bullied and harassed by Joshua, and I don't think this is a subject that should be taken as lightly as it is being taken.

Okay dear dear @epikplayer

For starters, Word was muted for those caps. I know this because I personally did it.
Secondly seeing as I saw those caps it meant that IIII was online. And if IIIII was online, as I'm a staff member you DO NOT need to make a ban report.

Thirdly, boy this is a long reply, he was just using a trail, in gm 3, yes he tried to annoy you, yes that was wrong, but no is it bannable. I can verbally warn him if that is what you want.

And fourthly and finally, this ban appeal wasn't really in your favour seeing as I was online and I said not to file a ban report. Proof shown here

Now we've got that cleared up I suggest you two make up because this was a really petty thing to fallout 4.
