    Helper would be good after modnoms. So heres the system i'm proposing:
    People make staff apps:
    All staff apps are put into a vote for the community
    The chosen players that will become staff go to helper
    We have refined the system :>
    As for the rules, they DO need to be updated. No question about it.

    Helper was 'eh.' Like, I understand it was to trial potential staff etc. but if someone's being picked for staff then you might as well just treat them the same as every other staff member... It was kind of like, "Welcome to staff. We don't 100% trust you yet."

    This thread didn't even have anything to do with Helper in the first place :p

    Sigh, there is literally a whole paragraph on the staff forums on one of the threads there that literally specifies what the punishments are for the size of grief.
    Also, common sense dictates about not griefing.

    New members wouldn't have a forum account at first. They would check the rulebook on the server, which are the ones that need to be rewritten. And if a young member's parents do not allow them an account, they won't be able to see the better rules on the forums. Plus, there's going to be a smart-ass who griefs and says "Well it wasn't in the rules" and he would be right.
