So basically with the new GUI, lot of rage has been coming, so I wanted to teach everyone what everything did! Let's start with how to get the new GUI. To get it, you must vote for it, then get it in the vote shops. To then get the items needed to pose, do /astools. This will take away your inventory items, but never fear, if you do /astools again, you get them back. Now for the posing itself. Summon Armor Stand- (Armor Stand) This will summon an armor stand that moves with you, until you right click to put it down. It will then go into its spot. GUI Multi-Tool- (Nether Star) This basically is a sub-tool of itself, so I will I will work through THESE now, 1- Armor Slots These basically hold the armor that will be featured on the stands. 2- Change Name This will change the name tag that appears above the stand. You can also use color codes for it. 3- Give player head This will give the player head you type in when you open up the settings for it. Make sure you use the exact username, and not just a nickname. 4- Toggle Visibility This, when clicked will make your armor stand vanish! This works like an invisibility potion, so you can still see armor and the items the stand is holding. 5- Pick Up (move) This will pick up your stand, like when you first placed it. See "summon armor stand" for more info. 6-Clone This will create an exact replica of the armor stand you just made! 7- Create Command Block This is inactive and unavailable to players, so I am unsure of what it does. Ask a moderator maybe? 8- Toggle Arms This will basically decide if your armor stand has arms or not. 9- Toggle Base This will decide the base on your stand is visible or not. 10- Toggle Size This will change the size from a normal player format, to the size of a villager baby format. 11- toggle Gravity This will decide if your stand can break the laws of gravity or not. 12- toggle invulnerability This will decide if your stand can be broken, notice there is no undoing this unless you reopen the GUI. 13- toggle equipment lock This will decide if people can take armor on and off your stands -------- Now that we are out of that subset, let's move to the more complicated section of posing. ------- Rotation- (Magma Cream) Based on how high you click on the stand (very top being 0) it will rotate your stand in different directions Move (Arm, Body, Leg, Head)(Left, Right)(X,Y,Z)- (Redstone Torch, Torch, Nether Brick, etc) So this is what decides the posing. The higher you click, the smaller the number is. Such as a normal stand is basically all at 0, so to reset a broken stand, just click the stands head a few times. -------- Tips: To switch your hot bar with the armor stand tools in hand, left click into the air, this will swap your inventory out. If you want a message for people to see, I recommend using the name tag feature, plus the use of a small sized stand, then make the stand invisible. If you use /fireball on an armor stand, it will break. (Left to right): Generate Stand GUI Multi-Tool Rotate Stand Move (X,Y,Z) Image 2- the armor stand automatically generated Image 3- The full inventory of /astools, along with the menu used upon opening the GUI Multi-Tool Images 4-9- The different tools used for different objects. ----- Inspiration for Posing- So, have you ever wanted to pose a stand, but have no ideas? Stands can be used for multiple things, such as- Greeting Messages- These can be used to say multiple things, such as when you pop onto a plot, the armor stand says 'Welcome to my plot!'. You can do this by selecting the 'give name' option in the Multi-Tool GUI, entering your message, then clicking done. After this, you must click the 'show stand', click that. This will create an invisible armor stand with a message above it! Some things I use this for is for inside my WordWorld, have greeting messages such as 'Welcome to Blocktropica', or 'Word's House, No Entry'. I find this very fun and useful! Dinner Plates, Wall Stands, Books- This can be done by given an armor stand steak, and carefully posing it onto a plate (iron pressure plate). You can also put up swords on walls, quills in flowerpots, books on tables, and pretty much anything! Just make sure you also set the stand to invisible.
