Added/Fixed Removal of Penguin Pack

    This was suggested by Olocool17 and I agree with it.

    Penguin Pack is a little bit useless only giving you a forums tag, I'm pretty sure. It's also super easy to mix it up with penguin rank.

    What had happened today, was some gray player (forgot the name sorry) asked "What comes with penguin?" So I replied to him, "Practically every command" because I just made an assumption he was talking about the rank, so it was my fault partly. But it turns out he was talking about the penguin pack and not the rank, and when he made the purchase, he was extremely disappointed that he got nothing out of it. I felt really bad about "false advertising" and told him to ask for a refund.

    But the confusion between rank and pack could cause another problem like this so along with Olo, I request the removal of the pack.

    However, anybody who currently has a penguin tag should be able to keep it since they all payed for it so long ago.

    I never knew of such a thing, But buying a pack just for a forums rank? I do agree of the removal, Quite a useless and stupid pack and previous buyers should keep the penguin rank though
