Added/Fixed "Services" Forum Sub-Section, Under Off Topic

    Hello everyone,

    Today I thought of an idea for a sub-section in Off Topic where you could put all your "services", i.e. Signature & Profile Pic makers, Any kind of personal Art makers and Builders. Here players can offer their "services" and advertise them. It would be easier to have them there then to have them anywhere in Off Topic because it's an official area for them.

    Just an idea I came up with,
