    Hello guys,

    as you might have noticed there is a lot of things going on. So what is the purpose of this thread? The purpose is that I and possibly the others admins can see if they still want us. To find that out, we are going to host something called vote of confidence.

    If we loose this vote, I will resign from my position and so will the other admins probably. If we win the vote, we can see that the community still has confidence in us.

    The server is being ran by 4 admins and the admins are great, they just need to let the mods and community have a say.

    People are nice and all, but I feel as if people say 'Yes' just to be nice, or just to look supportive in front of staff, which will result in a biased sample.

    I'm the last one to comment on a thread like this but the server doesn't seem to have gained much from when I first joined 3 - 3 1/2 years ago :/

    E.g.
    I would trust any one of the admins with my phone number, but never a spare key for my house like a close friend. Put it like that

    are you guys really gonna resign if a bunch of people say that they're not that confident in you? like i get where you're coming from but if you be a bit mature you'll realize you can change things about yourself or your actions and gain people's confidence? i mean like you don't just quit because a couple of people don't really believe in you... unless you're that kinda person...

    How-many-times-must-I-tell-you-it-is-an-OPINION.

    All I am saying is if you worked together with the community about upcoming ideas, the community will get what they want and these hate comments will stop.

    You can have opinions, sure. But you also need to have some ground for them... and these 'hate comments' as you state them, aren't really nice. If you think we cannot approach things correctly and that we cannot do our job, we can as well just leave. For sure there's many other people who can handle our jobs better. We haven't gained much, but that's probably just because of what me, Matty and Leo have done. Nothing to do with Arcadia.

    I have indeed, turned down many offers from pretty big networks... I have been asked to join Gazamo as a builder alongside with many other, bigger networks... I have slept on this matter and my decision is really turning to the 'no', as a matter of fact. It'll be interesting to see how BuildCraftia will turn out awesome without us, because the community is the thing that keeps BuildCraftia running, right?

    If you think I am not thinking about the community... just take a look at the latest update log... Guess how many features have been made because someone suggested them?! And to answer Jeremy... C'mon man... I have been fixing bugs left and right... First our permissions shit on us and I spent hours upon hours adding permissions to players because they're all just simply vanished... And I am not capable of doing everything I am a human being as we all are.
