Added/Fixed Plot names

    i think we should be able to nameour plots. Ex: im standing over a castle plot, so i would do /plot name Castle
    So basically the command can only be done when you're over one of your own plots, and for your view only you can see the name you gave the plot. The command would be, /plot name [insert name]. Ok bye, and consider my idea!

    I think this would be awesome because by doing this you can do something like /p home castle after you name the plot so you don't have to go threw 100 plots and find your castle

    If you have like 100 plots, you wouldn't be able to set a home at each and every one. You can only have 3 homes. ( Well, at least I can only have 3 homes )

    I think we could make this a thing but not for getting to your plot but if someone uses /p I your plot will have a set name, just a thought

    There is a command for this, and I have added permissions to do this.

    Please do the following:
    1. Set the plot alias with /plot set alias <name>
    2. You can now access this plot with /plot home <name>
