    Those are called "Maneki Neko"s
    They are little luck bringers, mostly for Asian bussinesses, like restaurants.
    Also they appear often in various animes

    Just draw me flying like superman. Captain Capital Are People Who Talk Like This. I was the Captain Capital on the server until I started talking normally to fix my essay typing skills.
