Breaker kit

Typing on phone so this will be short.

So just like the normal kit but with something a wood axe so that it will break after a bit balancing this kit. The axe breaks a 4 block radius and its up to you how Long until it breaks

There in my opinion has to be a fair balance between advantages and disadvantages, from my view there are only advantages.
