I have been looking through these minigame ideas and you guys seem to praise the simpler ones cause well... SIMPLE IS FUNNN!!!! So I have a simple game for you! I am basing this off of a game I suggested to Arcadia before it got completely rekt. What it practically is, is paintball in the air...but not entirely. Goal: Be the last survivor of the vicious "airplane battle" What happens: Basically everyone starts out by spawning on some flying mob(probably a bat) in the air above the map, which they can control its movement. And you have 2 weapons, a turret(infinite snowballs) and bomb(infinite primed tnt) You will use these to try to kill other players bats while they do the same same to you. When you kill someone's mob, they will drop onto the map below, still with weapons at hand. Players are now susceptible to damage except fall damage. Your goal now is to wipe out players who have fallen on the map with your weapons. You have the advantage because you are attacking from above, but your mob can still be attacked from them. If you are the last survivor, you win. Extra: *Griefing the map is enabled only by the primed tnt attack. This is so you can uncover hiding players. * Maps should have barriers after a certain distance so trolls won't leave the battle field, etc. (includes all xyz directions minus the void) Kits: Idk kits for something like this seems like an unfair advantage. Why choose this: Well it was based off a game I suggested to Arcadia that got some pretty positive feedback, but then Arcadia flopped so it didn't get out of the idea phase. It wouldn't be very hard to play, since the main concept is "shoot down and kill" This game is easy, definitely sounds like fun, and has players attacking other players, which is what the players like. It's definitely unique as it is kind of a mixture of flying pb, and classic PvP; This would be original as it was derived straight out of my imagination, and also it would probably be our first air-based minigame.
