Well, anyone on the old bc will get what i'm about to say, I've pulled a buster. Anyone who wasn't on the old bc, il tell it to you yesterday, I may or may not have spilled water on my laptop. Laptop no worky worky. Now once it dries out from the power of rice, I will know if i need to get a new comp or not. If I need a new comp, then I don't know if I will be able to get one. I will know in a week. It is a small possibility I won't get a new comp. But if that small 0.001% happens, then thats a problem. I'l be on the forums and minechat a ton, but just know, thats what has happened. -the cow

Well, I'm smart enough to not have liquids near my computer..... -slowly pushes water bottle and hot chocolate away- Yep, totally never have ANYTHING near it.
I'm sure your laptop will be fine, I remember one youtuber that left his Dell XPS 12 (A touchscreen laptop) overnight when it was raining, (The youtuber showed the insides were drenched), and after one week of using the rice trick, and bringing the laptop back to life from sleep, the laptop started up again, and still had battery left in it. Do not charge the laptop over this period though, as it may cause more damage than necessary. Good luck on keeping the laptop alive though!
Hope your laptop gets fixed soon buddy! Yeah, try putting it in rice for a bit to dry the laptop out. It may work.
