    Slime Run is a game quite like TNT Run only I think this be a much more fun version of the game. For those who do not know what TNT run is, it is a game where players must run and whilst running the blocks they stand on disappear and then have to avoid the gaps or else you would fall down to the next layer.

    Maps
    Maps would consist of several layers (one below the other) and maybe a nice arena around the floor just to make it look nice.

    kits
    All players would have the same kit in-game, however there could be a jump-boost kit for VIP+ or for a price of 2000 Gems. The jump boost will have a cool-down time of 10 seconds just so players do not overuse the feature.

    Why this should be made into a game
    I think Slime run could be a very fun game to play as:
    • You can get more distance by jumping around on slime blocks
    • Walking on slime blocks slow you down so you would always have to be running about
    • And finally, BuildCraftia does not yet have any games like this so I think it would could be quite popular and a lot of fun too!

    This gives some people second chances, because lets just say there is 3 layers and someone knocks you down from the top layer to the bottom layer, but with the slimeblocks there you can jump a great distance and maybe even land back onto the 1st layer.

    I'm going to make a map for this today :D

    I honestly love this idea. I think it's a very unique play on a classics Minecraft mini-game. Let's look into it!

    This is definitely an awesome idea! I already made a small map for it but it seems like it's laggin' quite a bit. I have a few solutions on my mind, so we'll see if we can do anything about it. Here's one layer of the map:

    Le everyone say "im going to make a map" when maps are finished, "guys we decided to scrap this idea" suddenly the server goes from 12 players to 0.

    Well, this game is going to be a total hit if we manage to kill the lag. The problem is that slimeblocks are semi-transparent, which means they stack light through each other, which means it's a lot of work for the computer to calculate. Especially if you are moving around quickly, which would be the absolute idea of the game. I was thinking about creating a custom texturepack the server would load for you, which would make slimeblocks non-transparent. I think that would fix the problem. We'll see what we come up with the master penguin.
