VOTE! VOTE! VOTE!

Hey, I am sure many of you are aware that the player count of BuildCraftia has been rather low lately for like no apparent reason. This makes it rather hard to play the well programmed minigames like DTC and Paintball because you can never get enough people to play, and if nobody is playing on them that means a server that took time and effort to make has just gone to waste.

So, you are probably all aware of the command //vote. You simple click 1 of 6 links, follow the instructions on that link and KABLAM! You voted! The command is not simply something to let regular members of BuildCraftia get free WorldEdit, but the WorldEdit is more of a reward for those players for helping the server gain popularity. If you feel like the server has a lack of players you can complain about it all you want. That is not going to get us anymore players. Voting will make us look better and may more than likely, attract new people which probably, at least some would become members of the community and may even donate.

I encourage you all to vote on all 6 links every 24 hours. It's not some complicated thing and it will take like a maximum of 5 minutes out of your life. Even if voting would not be the answer to this player count drop, you would have nothing to lose and you would at least tried to help the server.

SO! In conclusion (yaaaaaaaaaay!) before you start insisting the server needs to get more players, part of that task needs to be completed by you!

I do vote as much as I can, but I don't think voting will be that successful. Even if it is, it would be a longterm investment into server voting, since we need more players to do more voting (which you get by voting) Slowly, the amount of players will raise and with that the amount of players who vote will also raise. But, since alot of the members do not check the forums, this is not done alot, and thus this thread is kinda pointless. Except for the fact that I and I hope alot of other fellow donators who check the forums regularly will vote as much as they can.

Hopefully you won't catch this too negative, but this is just my opinion on the matter

 

Yeah I see where you are going. The point of this thread was actually to tell the donors to vote because I feel some donors just think it's for the free WE, so they feel they have no need to do it. But it has a greater purpose behind it than that.
