I have made a total of two rank transactions, for contributor, then VIP ($30 USD total to Lora Kaczor). The latest rank transaction was shown 7/11/13. My shown IGN is "Moe". Also, I don't know if anything can be done, but I have also paid for the companion pet pack ($3.99 USD) and like my rank, the permissions are missing. I have the transaction emails for the $17.00 donated for VIP (after contributor) and for the $4 companion pack.
