Added/Fixed Forum's Messed Up

    I don't know if this is just me and me stupid browser and pc and shet BUT:

    As you can see I am fully scrolled up and the BuildCraftia logo and the "Connect with" text are in the wrong places.
    Is this only me?
    Ples fix if not C:

    (THIS IS ON PC, NOT MOBILE.)

    That's an old theme. Switch to the correct new Penguin theme.
