Added/Fixed Le Ping

    If you /ignore someone, they can still ping you and you can see their message. Please stop this as many people can use this to be "rude" to one another without the possibility of ignoring them.

    Guys, sorry to piss you off, but I allready asked leo about this, and because the pings were made in CH and /ignore is from ESS they cant be linked unless leo makes a CH chat formatter and /ignore (is it even possible)?)
