Added/Fixed World Edit

This is a suggestion and bug honestly the limit is really small so like could you expand it or something. And whenever it is too big it keeps saying "your block queue is full" and then try to do it again it keeps saying that. so like idk wot to do but WE was a lot better before

 

I think somebody did something dumb so they limited it

 

YEE and I try to relog when it says the message "you have too many things queued) but TBH I only had like one or two but relogging doesn't work

 

Asyncworldedit (The plugin that makes WE in segments( was installed due to the server crashing from mass amounts of WE. The limit is inclided with the plots plugin and is somewhere in the config
