we need sensable people as mod. Not random ass people. Also, no more owners or admins. Its fucked up if a server has more owners/admins than mods

 

They both would prolly need a lot more experience if they were to get owner

 

That is the way it used to be, AZZA and I as Admins and Leo and Zach as Owners. Then there was a brawl about how staff can barely progress hence why we added sr.mod which later transferred to Admin

No admins shouldn't get Owner(Yes Jessie you can rage at me -.-). 2 owners was the best but we cant have what we all want.
Yes AZZA and Matty have reasons.Leo hes on every time im on (Which is rare for me to come on) Mac really doesn't have a excuse.
Yes Mac made BC so he should stay as owner but seriously you need to make more of a effort .-.
4 Mods seems ok...Since most of the mature decent candidates have been mod and left or are mod....(Dont get butthurt its my opinion)
Glad the bans have been sorted 3 weeks was stupid for bans.
Like Kn0wn said really early some staff are a bit unfair and stupid (Not naming anyone)
If Jessie and Fan got Owner Nine/Nappa should too (But I dont see a point in making them owners we got enough its like the titanic up there)

Yeah, true. BCSN really need more staff, and active staff members, and also need to trust the staff members more, because they can handle most things on their own.

i would also like to add a point here:
What happens when all the current staff resign
They will at some point. every staff member does
There are honestly only 2 worthy canidates for staff at this point
Kai and lumen
What if 4 staff resign
There simply isn't a big enough community to keep staff running.

ok but get this, BC is more than just the staff, it's half run by staff, half run by the community. We shouldn't have to depend on the staff to solve every little problem. My point is we should work with the current staff to help BC as a server, not complaining about all the problems on a forums thread.

Besides, a lot of people on the server are really hateful, I know this sounds hypocritical considering, but a lot of people have stepped down simply from pressure from players.

like, complaining about what a staff member does or how they act isn't going to help and it's part of the reason BC hasn't returned to it's former glory.

tl;dr we should work with staff, not complain about every problem to the staff
