Yes, I'm doing signatures now.
They can be either hand drawn, or drawn on me computer.
Here is teh format for a sig, but be prepared, cause It will take some time, as I is busy in tha day.
Examples of sigs I've done are mine and Wally's

Minecraft IGN
What you want written on the sig
Holding/standing next to anything(and I mean anything, minecraft or irl)
Hand or pc drawn
Color/black'n'white (choose the latter, I suck at colouring)
Anything extra.
Do you want fries with that?

That will be it.
