BuildCraftia Update Log #3

Hey guys! Wowzers!

There has been a lot going on with the server. A lot of small things have been added to the server and I really feel like not everyone knows about them. It's time for another small BuildCraftia update log, number 3 or something?

1. Penguin rank
Yes, that is proof of how much we love penguins. The rank costs $150, but offers you features with over $200 worth! Awesome, right? You can find more info in our server store at htpp://shop.bcsn.us or by using the in-game command /penguin to see the benefits!

2. Stair Chairs
What is this? Well, this is an awesome plugin, which allows you to sit on any stairs by just right-clicking them... I know what you're thinking; "Whaat?! Did you actually install that?" Yes, yes we did. Oh, by the way... Everyone can use it! Double the fun! Awesome for role playing, eh?

3. Party Chat
Speaking of role playing... Party Chat has been in the dark side for quite the time now... Nobody really got into fixing it or anything. Well, it has been fixed now and it's ready for use! Use /party help in-game for more info! Remember you cannot use /p for an alias for /party because of our limitations. Also, this plugin works with names not UUIDs so that means if you change your name, you are no longer in a group, unless someone adds you!

4. Plots
There is a small update with the plot plugin. We have added permissions to /plot set alias <name> which allows you to 'rename' your plots. With this feature, you can access your plot with /plot home <name> in the future! Awesome, huh!?

5. Boom punch!
I spent a lot of my day creating this silly thing... So, the essentials of this feature. Normal players (members and up) can punch (shift right-click) admins and the program will launch them up in the air with a big boom and a server-wide broadcast. Penguins can punch any player. Punching an admin has 5 minute cooldown per admin, and penguin's punching has a 5 minute cooldown per penguin.

I have also added a new command /launch which allows you to do this boompunch to yourself! BOOOM!

6. New Commands

/name <name> - Name your items! Just hold the item you want to name and use the command. It supports colors codes (thanks to some penguin magic!). If you want to have spaces in your name, use underscores. The program will automatically remove them from the name. So, for example /name &c&lAwesome_Sword would outcome as a bold red 'Awesome Sword' in your item!

/hug <player> - Let's you hug a player! Broadcasts a message in the server telling that you have hugged someone. This has a 5 minute cooldown

/slap <player> - Let's you slap a player! Broadcasts a message in the server telling that you have slapped someone. This has a 5 minute cooldown

7. Aesthetics
I have been trying to make the server look better in the past couple of weeks. I have been re-doing many of our custom commands to look nicer (/whattobuild, /m8b, /commands, /plothelp and all the group perk commands (such as /penguin) just to name a few...)

If you still haven't noticed, we have a new starter spawn. This has apparently been a good change...

7. Bugs & Suggestions overhaul
You might have noticed the new Bugs & Suggestions section in our forums. It is for more convenient bug reporting and suggestions. If you encounter a bug in our server, please report it here in the forums. Also, new suggestions are always welcome!

8. Smaller fixes & things
- Fixed an issue with the /voteshop command. Now working again!
- Added //flip to the MVP rank!
- Fixed trail permissions with member trails, have some trails, I tell ya
- Fixed an issue with the WorldEdit lag meter creating an exception when using Minechat or when typing in "/" in the server chat
- Fixed a small bug with the boom punch command creating an exception when punching entities other than players
- WorldEdit optimization (more disallowed blocks, sadly)
- Fixed armorstands in spawn
- Deleted some old and empty plots 'round the server
- Made server working faster & more efficient
- Reduced crashes
- More penguins
- Cups of coffee increased by 1.08% from the last update

I'm looking into a way to fix that. Maybe disabling certain physics would work.
