    Second Best Voter - $10 Off Anything

    In theory, couldn't one cause you to pay them should they get the "Top Voter" 9 months in a row if they want to get mvp and a world because of the difference if they pay with all of the discounts ($125 for mvp with premium, 9 months of getting $15 off is $135)?
