    To also go along with Matty's comment,

    No, The only reason we use Skype is for quickly communicating to each other (you will be added to a chat containing all the staff members, so if something happens that you need to clear up, or if you have any questions you ask there).
    You will NOT we interviewed over Skype once you get accepted (That was only on Arcadia with the scary Gazamo staff team, Don't worry).

    The only reason we aren't accepting people under 13 is because we do not want 9 years old becoming staff, and Matty found that 13 is a mature age for people to start their staff career (Teens can easily deal with younger children, not so much younger children dealing with younger children).

    But if you lack the basic requirements MattyC listed earlier, you will be denied, so please do not make a staff app as its a waste of time, and space (Matty individually reads these, and it would be a waste of his day)
