New rank?

No ranks are ever forgotten, we care about every member of our community. Our problem is that we have to cater for everyone which means that sometimes certain ranks have to sacrifice certain features in order to allocate for other ranks, but we also have to have a way to keep the community interested hence this idea of a new rank

 

Members don't feel to be cared for.
Trust me.

Wait, so you're making a new rank to keep people interested and carrief away from the fact they should got things taken from them?

We have realized this and in the case that members do not have any perks (only when they vote), so we are planning on adding more perks so members can enjoy their time better.
Also once in a while, members are not seen because their name blends into the chat, and the chat can sometimes be spammy. Us staff try our 100% best at making sure every single member has a good time, and are treated equally.

and I may be wrong, but the reason we are getting the rank is because the donations are less than 20% this month.

 

Member have loads of new stuff that we've added to them recently. Such as colored signs, magic signs, a bunch of trails, plot merging, and more.

 

This isn't exactly significant if the members don't actually know about these extra accessories. Once they know, the would feel cared for I believe.

 

Perhaps add signs showing what members have in the spawn

 

If it benefits the server we will probably do it also new ranks would be cool as it must be boring for the people who already have the highest rank!

 

I am concerned though that the players who have regular, default ranks may feel less loved, if more ranks do occur.
I get that money is needed to pay for the server, but there should also be consideration upon how the members that join everyday feel.

 

This is my opinion:

I really don't see what's wrong with adding a new rank- we aren't removing anything from the other ranks, in fact we added some stuff to other ranks. Donating is something big, so donating $150 is really a nice thing to do to help the server out. It's a high price because it has pretty much everything you can ever ask for.
And, it wouldn't make the members feel any less in my opinion. Adding another rank is like getting a bigger sandwich than your friends. If your friends wanted to spend a couple bucks more to make their sandwich better, they can. We aren't forcing you to buy it.
Also, let's just say your an MVP. You wanted to buy a world. The new rank supplies a world, all the trails and pets, and so, so many perks. So instead of paying $50 for a world you can pay $75 for the legend rank and get the world and x2 the amount of perks.
That's just what I think though.

I think many of the members don't know about the forums, if there isn't one already, perhaps a broadcast every once in a while to tell them about the forums?

 

I believe we do have a broadcast. However, I can look into it more - this new rank isn't a matter of if members feel loved or not.

 

I would just like to clear this up, if a new rank is added no permissions will be taken away from any ranks they will only be added to the new rank, everything else will remain the same
